Court Case Basics

"Courtcase" is a piece of Southern terminology used to describe any type of legal or justice situation regardless if the case requires the petitioner to ever enter a court house.

"Court Case" spells have been developed to get out of jail and to stay out of jail; spells to put someone else in jail, spells to have another released from prison and spells to keep them locked up. There are spells to enhance testimony and spells to prevent another from telling everything they know. There are spells to make a judge and jury sympathetic, to cause the opposing lawyer to be confused, to make your attorney eloquent and perceptive. There are even spells to protect you from another's court case spells - in cases where two people are working against one another in the same case.

The essence of all Court Case work is to maintain your power and autonomy in a situation where another (the public, court, district attorney, plaintiff) is trying to assert themselves over the top of you.

Court case seems to be the second most difficult type of spiritual work - running only behind bringing back a lost lover from a far distance. The reason being that there are so many different folks involved and the worker must simultaneously perform jobs on each party involved. IN other words, you cannot just light one "court case" or "just judge" candle and expect everything to work out in your favor.

For example, in a criminal proceeding, one should target the following with work:

You also need to do general rituals with the Spirit to work in your behalf - the hope being that evidence is lost, scheduling occurs in your favor or something happens that causes the case against you to dissolve.

For the above example, you may have to simultaneously work on seven parties or more prior to the actual court case and then daily perform rituals and prayers while the case is ongoing. This is a lot of work!

Botanicals:

Here are herbs frequently used in Court Case work. These shoul be carried to court or used as a part of the products you are working with.

Candles

Traditionally, brown candles are used in legal cases for victory. Purple candles are burned for power and mastery over the other parties involved. In recent years, a blue candle has been used successfully in court case work and most manufactured court candles, oil, powders, etc. come in blue.

Saint candles which are employed include : Just Judge and Nino de Atocha.

Prayers

The Psalms are most often used in court case rituals. The two main prayers are Psalm 7 and Psalm 35.

Psalm 37 may also be read if one suspects another party is performing work against you in the same case. If this is in fact true, the petitioner should perform Uncrossing baths in addition to the court case workings.
