About Our Perfumes: We were working on the
development of this line in 2002 and got derailed by Hurricane Katrina. We finally
have them finished.
Mistic Perfumes are a line of spiritual work perfumes. Although
we have tried to develop scents that are appealing, these are herbal based perfumes-
intended for use in lamps, baths and to be worn while performing seven, nine or
thirteen days of ritual.
Most of these perfumes are made by adding essential oil to a perfumer's
base. But, in some instances, essentail oils of certain herbal products are not
available. In those instances,, we have boiled imported woods/leaves in oil -
straining the liquid and boiling it again in a new batch of herbal material. This
is done three times to impart the maximum herbal essence into the oil. We then
add this oil to the perfumer's base. Perfumes produced this way include: Abre
Camino, Amansa Guapo and Quita Maldicion. In these perfumes, you will find tiny
pieces of the wood (palo) floating in the bottle.
Mistic Perfumes are packaged in 1 ounce glass bottles.
