of supernatural or therapeutic effects or powers of any of the items listed in
this online catalog. Listed are suggestions only, you provide the magic!
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us. We will
do our best to work with you towards your satisfaction.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on spiritual products
like oils, incense, powders, perfumes or on prepared amulets and talismans like
gris gris bags and macutos. So make sure you understand what you are ordering
and how to you use these items before you place them in your shopping cart!
On other items, we will be happy to refund the price of the items
less all-shipping charges. You must contact us within five (5) days of
receipt of your shipment for a return shipment authorization. We will issue your
refund for the price of the products, less all shipping charges, upon our receipt
of the product in new condition.
Restocking Fee
Every once in a while, someone will contact us saying that they
placed an order weeks or even months earlier and that they didn't use the items
or don't know how to use them. Then they ask to return the items.
For years, I took these orders back - no questions asked. However,
now I am working in a very limited stock space. So, if you order a dozen candles
and I restock them from the manufacturer - when your candles are returned I have
two dozen candles and no space to store them.
This is my new policy in regards to returns. I hope that you will
be responsible for your own purchases. Again, I spent many years writing up product
descriptions and developing the free spells section
of the website. If you take your time and go through this material, you will not
order items that you don't need or don't understand how to use. If you rush onto
the site and order a bunch of stuff that you don't need and ask to return it,
I reserve the right to charge you a 20% restocking fee on returnable items
(see above) if I do not buy your reasoning for the return. So, make up a good
story before you contact us!
Items Damaged During Shipment
We are sorry for the inconvenience! We pack everything very carefully
to UPS specifications, and every shipment is insured. It is therefore very important
that you follow the procedures given here, so that we can process the claim with
the shipper and send you a replacement or issue you a full credit as soon as possible.
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper.
If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately
so your claim will be processed.
Established procedures by UPS must be complied with or they have
legal right to deny your claim.
UPS requires you must return everything (including packing material
) to the box the way you received it. Then contact UPS by calling 1-800-742-5877.
They will arrange for a pickup at your location. UPS will check the contents and
contact us.
