BASIC MAIL ORDER POLICIES
- There is a $10.00 US minimum order
- We only ship nationally through UPS. You may place your order online. UPS
will calculate your shipping charges based on the weight and destination of your
parcel. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Packages must be delivered to a real
address.
- You must sign for your package. This is required!
- The billing information your enter into our forms MUST match the address the
parcel is being shipped to. We will not send your package to a third party address
unless you are a regular customer.
- We ship on Mondays and Thursdays:
Orders placed between Wednesday 6:01 PM CST through Saturday 6:00 PM CST will
be shipped on will be shipped Monday by 3 PM.
Orders placed between Saturday at 6:01 PM CST through Wednesday 6:00 PM CST will
be shipped on Thursday by 3 PM.
HOURS OF OPERATION
We are open 10:00 am - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are
closed Saturday and Sunday.
You can order online or you may fill out the mail order
form and mail it to us.
ONLINE ORDERING
We offer a secure order site for your convenience. Electronic
orders will be checked and you will receive a reply on the next business day (or
sooner) listing your order, the amount, and the name of your credit card (not
the number!) that will be used.
After selecting your items, view the shopping cart and finalize
your tax (if applicable) and delivery options. Click on the Check Out
button.
Your order will proceed to a Safe Shopping Secure Server. You
will be prompted to enter your credit card information on the secure ordering
form. You must provide the exact name on the credit card, billing address and
telephone number that your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information
may cause a delay or the charge may be denied by your bank. We will not ship orders
to an address that is not the same as the billing
For your own protection, you should never provide your credit
card number on an e-mail message.
Once you order has been put into the hands of the shipper, we
will send you an appropriate tracking number and
verification link so you can follow your items
in transit.
PLEASE NOTE: We hand process
credit card charges, so just because your order
was processed through the website does not mean
your card was charged. I have to manually enter
account information through my shop's credit card
terminal. All the shopping cart does is take the
information and send it to me in an encrypted
email.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
For online orders, we accept only Visa & Mastercard for payment.
If you will be paying by check or money order, please mail your order

SHIPPING
We offer shipping through UPS. Shipping charges include packaging,
insurance and delivery to you! Some one must be available to sign for the package.
You will be required to sign for your package.
UPS offers the advantage of online order tracking.
For online orders, UPS fees are calculated automatically
here on the site.
When selecting "2 Day"
or "3 Day Select" as your preferred
shipping method, please realize this means that
once UPS has your package in their system, it
will get to you within that number of days. Selecting
2 Day or 3 Day delivery does not move your merchandise
anymore quickly through our shipment queue. Your
order will still be shipped within the timeline
described above.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
We reserve the right to use some
discretion when dealing with backordered items.
For instance, if you place an order that is missing
one item that is scheduled to arrive within 5
to 7 working days, we may hold your entire order
until we can complete it.
If we don't have item(s) in stock
that you have ordered and don't expect it in for
ten or more days, we will ship to you minus those
items and deduct the cost (plus shipping adjustments)
from your total. You should receive a backorder
slip with your purchase and will be asked to replace
your order for said items at a later date.
We cannot track backorders at this
time, so please check back with us to see if the
items you seek have arrived in the store.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
To Our International Customers,
Unfortunately, due to policy changes
in various International Customs offices and the
United States Postal service, we no longer ship
to international customers. The paperwork requirements,
credit card fraud and phone calls to sort out
international shipping issues combine to make
international shipping too cost prohibitive.
This is a very small operation and
it is not fair to my US customers to have to raise
prices across the board to maintain international
shipping.
